✨ Appointments
   •    We are pleased to offer services by appointment only to ensure personalized care for each guest.
   •    All appointments may be booked online or by contacting us directly via call, text, or email.
   •    A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
   •    For a comfortable and private experience, we welcome one guest at a time for check-in and service.
   •    Electronic payments only.

💳 Cancellations & No-Shows
   •    We truly value your time and ours. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full price for your appointments.
   •    No-show and appointments canceled late will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
   •    We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

🫧 Lash Service Policy

Please be advised:
   •    After 4 weeks from your last appointment, your fill will be scheduled as a 90-minute service.
   •    After 5 weeks from your last appointment, your service will be scheduled as a new set.
   •    If you arrive without any existing lash extensions, your service will  be scheduled as a new set.

🕒 Arrival
   •    Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in before your appointment.
   •    To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, kindly silence your mobile phone and electronic devices upon arrival.
   •    Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for all guests.

🌿 Fragrance & Makeup
   •    We kindly ask that you avoid wearing any fragranced hair products, lotions, cologne, or perfume on the day of your appointment.
   •    Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup (no mascara, eyeliner, or oils).
   •    This ensures the best lash retention and a comfortable environment for everyone.

🧼 Health & Safety
   •    If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
   •    Stylists may wear masks during services for your comfort and safety.
   •    If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor prior to booking and inform your stylist in advance.
   •    The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.

👶 Age Policy
   •    Guests must be 19 years of age or older to receive services.
   •    To maintain a safe and serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.

💍 Valuables
   •    We recommend leaving valuables at home.
   •    The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

💰 Gratuity
   •    We are dedicated to helping you look and feel your best.
   •    While gratuity is never expected, it is always deeply appreciated as a kind gesture of your satisfaction.

     We do not offer refunds on any services and products
